It is naturally infused coffee.
We made an extract out of cinnamon sticks stiping them into hot water.
Then we added this extract into green coffee beans to get it absorbed.
After this step, we very slowly dried and roasted the beans to save the terroir as much as possible but complement it with a pronounced natural cinnamon flavor.
The brewing should be no different but the flavor profile is truly unique.
